The non-profit and social service agencies we are offering this support to are tapped. Their frontline staff are exhausted. The executive and board are asked to do so much more with less and less. Our goal is to support their work with the most advanced messaging system available. The system does have a costs. We are charged for the messages themselves. There are coders and developers that improve the site and make it perform better. And we have to vet and train groups as they join.
